Refund & Return Policy

At Imperial Reptile Shop, we would want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, here is how we handle refunds and returns:
 
Reptile Returns and Refunds
Health Guarantee: We guarantee the health of your reptile upon delivery. If your reptile arrives dead or in poor health, contact us within 24 hours for a refund or exchange.
 
Live Arrival Guarantee: If your reptile does not arrive alive, we will provide a full refund or replace it once we establish the issue.
 
Non-Reptile Returns
If you’re not satisfied with any non-reptile product (i.e., supplies, accessories), you can exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund provided the product remains unused and is in its original packaging. Your return shipping costs are your responsibility, and non-refundable shipping charges are applicable.
 
Requesting a Refund
Call us within the specified time frame (24 hours for reptiles, 30 days for non-reptile products).
 
Share with us your order number, state the problem clearly, and send any accompanying photos (if required).
 
We shall assist you in the process for return or refund and offer a refund once the return has been received and examined.
 
Processing Time
Refunds usually take between 5-7 business days from when we receive the item back. Be aware that there may be additional time before your refund appears on your account depending on your choice of payment.
